Wall Mount Kit with Bracket Assembly and Pressure Regulator
The easy to install wall mount kit accommodates varying inlet water contaminants. The kit reduces the frequency of cleaning distillation systems. The kit provides extended cartridge service life for point of use DI water systems, which significantly reduces operation costs.
The kit includes a painted aluminum wall mount bracket and a pressure regulator/gauge assembly. The assembly protects against excessive water pressure and provides for more consistent flow rates. Multiple flow regulation valves, various plumbing fittings and tubing support easy integration for new installations as well as upgrades to existing systems.
The kit is to be used with LabStrong straight nipple cartridges and features a vision slot for examining resin color change. Four screw mount holes on the bracket allow for secure mounting to a wall.
The pressure regulator is factory preset to 15 psi and is adjustable from 5-25 psi. The pressure regulator can withstand an inlet pressure of 150 psig. The post regulator pressure gauge is liquid filled allowing for increased life and accurate readings with pulsating pressure (i.e. diaphragm pumps). Four screw mount holes on the pressure regulator assembly allow for secure mounting to a wall.
