The D0836LS cartridge is comparable to the Barnstead* D0836 cartridge. The Pretreat: Colloids, Organic, Carbon Replacement Deionization Cartridge is used with the E-Pure* and older NANOpure* systems. We take extra care in sealing our cartridges multiple ways, ensuring exceptional quality is maintained throughout the two year shelf life. Each cartridge has fitted sealing plugs/caps placed on both ends, and then it is further sealed in a military specification vapor barrier foil bag – the combination of which dramatically inhibits drying out of the resin beads. The O-Ring Canister Seal (GS-006) is sold separately.
